Our parlour, library and dining room will be just yours when you choose to have Main Street Manor host your event, and our innkeeper will work with you to coordinate all the components of your special day. We offer elegant sophistication to make your celebration memorable, relaxed and comfortable for a bridal or baby shower, birthday, anniversary party or any occasion you wish to honor! Experience the warm ambience of our 1901 Victorian Manor House and Home, just perfect for a formal brunch, lunch or afternoon tea. Choose from our pre-fixed menus or allow us to customize something based on your vision.

'Simple & Sweet' Casual Buffet Celebration
$27.50 per person - buffet style set-up only in dining room
  • Celebration Citrus Punch or Assorted Inn-Made Iced Teas, your choice
  • International and domestic cheese platter presented with crackers and fresh fruit
  • Roma tomato bruschetta served on semolina toasted herb-infused baguette
  • Grilled vegetable crudite with roasted red pepper hummus
  • Hot coffee and tea / self-serve
  • Assorted finger desserts

A minimum of 20 guests is required for any Celebration; the maximum number of guests we can accommodate is 40. All private events are held on Sunday beginning at 2 pm OR 3 pm at the cost of $150.00 per hour. Events can also be reserved Monday-Thursdays beginning at 11am - 2:00pm at the cost of $150.00 per hour. Food cost for all events is additional depending on the menu you choose.

The inn is solely yours for the duration of your event as we close the inn to overnight guests to ensure you a totally private event. Why be relegated to just one room in a restaurant when you can enjoy the entire house including the inns parlor, library, dining room and veranda from dining to gift-giving to coffee, tea and cake-time!

All of the inn's common space is yours to enjoy, including the formal foyer, parlour, library, dining room and in warmer months, the outdoor veranda. For groups up to 20 people, we offer a seated, served affair; for larger groups, a buffet set-up would apply with formal and casual seating throughout the inn. Cost for buffet option is slightly higher since we cannot control food limits, please inquire with the innkeeper for specifics.

The above menus are sold as stated, or allow us to create a customized menu to match your taste and vision.

Damask table linens, antique china, silver flatware and vintage depression glassware are used for all events at the inn with fresh floral arrangements and votive candles in keeping with the old-world feel of the inn and your event color scheme. Additional food and drink items may be added at an additional cost and the host may bring wine if pre-arranged. You may bring favors and any additional items you like for your celebration at least one week prior to the event date.

New Jersey tax laws require us to add 7% NJ sales tax to the full event total. We add a 20% service fee to the total much as a restaurant would charge a gratuity, to pay for the service staff for your event.
