Policies

• Rates vary by day of the week. Weekend rates apply to Friday, Saturday Sunday & Holidays.
• Single Night Weekend stays are available.
• Special Rates are available for long-term stays.
• Check-in is from 3 pm until 9 pm, and can be later by prearrangement.
• Check-out by 11 am
• We can only accommodate children over 12 years of age
• Animal lovers are welcome, but we cannot accept pets.
• We are a smoke-free Inn
• We accept all major credit cards

Reservations/Cancellations

Telephone and e-mail reservations are guaranteed with a 50% deposit on Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. A confirmation letter will be sent and balance is due upon arrival.

Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. If you must cancel your reservation, ten days notice is required for a refund of your deposit. For less than ten days notice, we will issue you a gift certificate for the deposit charged if the room can be rebooked. No refunds are issued for no-shows.

For all full-inn group reservations, depending upon time of year and our ability to rebook the entire Inn, deposits are not refundable. Wedding bookings & full Inn reservation deposits are not refundable.
