Intimate Weddings & Special Events
Just as each couple is unique, no two weddings are ever identical. At Main Street Manor Bed & Breakfast, we will work with you closely to bring your vision to life. We dedicate ourselves to your event in full to assure you great attention to detail and personalized service.
Twenty-five people is the ideal number for an event at the Inn, but we can accommodate as few as ten and as many as fifty guests. Using our foyer, parlor, library, dining room and outside veranda we will supply an unforgettable setting for the most memorable occasion of your life.
To hold your ceremony and/or reception at the Inn on a Saturday, you will be asked to rent four of our guestrooms for a minimum of two nights. Guest rooms need not be rented for weddings booked for a weekday, a Friday or a Sunday. There is a facility use fee charged as follows: $1200 for up to 25 people, $1500 for up to 50 people. |

We are happy to make recommendations for caterers and wedding professionals who will complement the setting and style of your wedding or do the planning yourself and choose a caterer you feel comfortable with. Ask us about hosting your rehearsal dinner or final brunch. Innkeepers Donna and Ken, can help you artfully arrange all aspects of your special day, from flowers to food to sweet surprises for your guests. Special festive menus and personal touches are fun to arrange when the Inn is "just yours" for the weekend. |

Corporate Events
Main Street Manor Bed and Breakfast offers a unique setting in which to host exclusive business meetings, corporate retreats or a work-related events for up to 10 people. We provide a creative environment conducive to problem solving, constructive dialogue and an honest exchange of ideas. Spacious, relaxed sitting areas throughout the Inn allow for creative thinking, group synergy, and team building. The Inn is equipped with DSL Internet Access throughout the common space and in all guestrooms.
Corporate Meeting for a Full Day Cost for 10 people
Weekday Day ( Mon-Thurs ): $700.00
Weekend Day ( Fri-Sun ): $900.00

Price includes site rental for an entire day (9am-4pm), all food and drinks noted. All service fees included.
The Inn can accommodate more than 10 for a corporate retreat or meeting however all food would be served buffet style and attendees would enjoy their lunch throughout the Inn’s common space rather than all seated in the dining room. Special arrangements for table rentals, etc may be made upon prior arrangement and request and will be charged accordingly. |
Special Occasions
Bridal and Baby Showers, Birthday Parties or Anniversary Celebrations of any kind may be held at the Inn for a minimum of 4 hours, at the rate of $150.00 per hour for up to 25 people and $200.00 per hour for up to 50 people. Additional time may be added at the cost of $100.00 per hour and must be arranged at the time of reservation. An intimate sit-down brunch, luncheon or dinner party for a maximum of ten guests can be hosted subject to Inn availability. Please inquire as to cost and menus available for sit-down, served celebrations.
Simple Grazing Buffet Celebration for a maximum of 25 Guests - $39.00 per person

Elegant Afternoon or Evening Tea Party for maximum of 25 Guests,
a Bridal Shower OR a Baby Shower - $48.00 per person.

Cloth linens are used as well as fabric napkins, vintage china, silver, glassware and service pieces. Antique accents and fresh flowers are incorporated into all events and are included in price.
